I've seen several early English bottles in this style and base form. Hard to tell what sort of pontil is hiding under the sea growth. The typical English pontil is a sand type pontil instead of the tube pontils typical of the Swedish bottles. Just a guess.

The pontil is not hidden by sea growt. It´s corroded glass you see.
It´s kind of hard too see what pontil it is, but the bottle type is typical also for Sweden. But this one is very small..
The place where i found it use to freqently visited by ships from England. The cargo they were loding was sawed timber.
We have found one nice plate with the ship owners flag on and the ships name.
The ships name is S/S Voilet London. And the ship owners flag says G.S.
We have tried to find anything about the ship, but found nothing!
Ps. Hope you understand my "Kind of English"Glada mäniskor blir vackra, vackra mäniskor som är glada blir skitsnygga!!
